Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final. Because our posters are carefully packed and prepared for each order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or other non-damage-related reasons.
Damaged Items During Shipping
We’re happy to review claims for items that arrive damaged due to shipping. To help us assess your claim, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:
The damaged poster
The damaged packaging
The shipping label
Please note that the damage to the poster must clearly relate to visible damage on the original packaging.
Claims that cannot be verified with the required photos may not be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund.
Resolution Options
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following:
A replacement item
Store credit
A refund to the original payment method
Return Process
Returns and exchanges can be processed online or in-store. For online returns, please first contact us at info@shoprareprints.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package.
For in-store returns, you may visit our Subic branch.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Online orders are eligible for in-store returns, and in-store purchases can also be returned online.
Unless otherwise confirmed, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept return or exchanges for the ff. items:

Gift cards
Additional Notes
Minor imperfections that do not affect the overall appearance or use of the poster are not considered damage.
We are unable to take responsibility for damage that occurs after delivery, including damage caused by improper handling, storage, or installation.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
